DELICIOUS EVENING SMOOTHIE FOR GOOD AND QUALITY SLEEP

With this smoothie, you can forget about sleeping problems. It is such a smoothie that it fights insomnia perfectly and will you help you sleep like a baby.

Ingredients:

  • 70 grams kale
  • 240 grams natural yogurt
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 tablespoon raw almond butter
  • 2 teaspoons ground linseed
  • 2 kiwi
  • 120 milliliters almond milk

Preparation:

Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until you get
a homogenous mixture. Drink it immediately in the evening. Your sleep is
guaranteed!
