ELIXIR THAT IMPROVES YOUR IMMUNITY: GREEN TEA WITH APPLE CIDER VINEGAR

We all know that both
green tea and apple cider vinegar have so many benefits for our health.
However, if you combine them into a tea it is a great way to improve your
immunity and to detoxify your body.

Ingredients:

  • 230
    milliliters of green tea
  • 1
    tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon
    of lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon
    of honey
  • A small
    piece of ginger
  • A pinch of
    powdered cinnamon (or freshly grated)

Preparation:

Make the tea as you
would usually do. Afterward, add the other ingredients in the cup. Let the
ginger stay for a longer period of time for a more intensive taste. However,
before drinking the tea, get the ginger out of the cup.
